Convenient location in the heart. Helpful staff. New furniture and decoration of rooms.

Convenient location - 3 minutes to the host metro Sennaya Ploschad, Sadovaya, Spasskaya. The hotel opened recently, everything is new, clean. Breakfast sandwiches (delicious!), pancakes, muffins, yoghurt, tea, coffee, jam, condensed milk. The staff is friendly, all questions were solved quickly. Griboedov house favorably differs from other mini-hotels of the same class (there are Breakfast facilities in the room).

St. Petersburg is a wonderful city and the people in it are wonderful. It's nice to live in a cozy hotel and feel at home. A big thank you to all the staff for their kind and attentive to his guests!

Lived in a standard triple room for two nights, in St. Petersburg for the second time (there is nothing to compare). The hotel very much: the ratio price quality is amazing, very cozy, everything is clean, neat and “home”. Special thanks for the staff, very responsive attitude to the guests, all very kind! Be sure to come again!
